O catalão Oriol Balaguer já foi eleito o melhor doceiro do mundo. Aqui, ele mistura vários tipos de chocolate na criação batizada de '1-2-3'.Enric Rovira, também de Barcelona, inventou este ano ovos de Páscoa inspirados no espaço, como os 'Atômicos'.O ovo 'Barcelona', de Balaguer, homenageia a cidade que tem uma tradição de ovos de Páscoa desde 1877.Os ovos impressionam não apenas pela aparência, como também pelo sabor. Alguns misturam ingredientes como wasabi, soja e açafrão. Aqui, 'Morango'.Oriol Balaguer é chamado de 'o arquiteto de chocolate' e neste ovo, 'Opera House', ele se inspira na Ópera de Sydney.
